Under Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations, you must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an account or engage in any gambling activity on the spinph9 Platform. spinph9 enforces this restriction through mandatory identity verification (KYC). Any account found to belong to a person under 21 will be immediately suspended, all winnings forfeited, and the matter reported to the relevant authorities where required.

Any activity conducted through your spinph9 account is your responsibility. You must notify spinph9 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
spinph9 is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawals and may request identity verification at any stage. Acceptable Philippine government-issued identification includes: passport, driver's license, UMID, PhilSys National ID, or SSS/GSIS ID. Failure to complete KYC verification within the time specified by spinph9 may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is complete.
All deposits to your spinph9 account must be made using payment methods supported by the Platform, which currently include GCash, Maya, GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. The minimum deposit is ₱100. spinph9 does not accept cash deposits or payment methods not listed on the Platform.
Deposits must come from payment accounts registered in your own name. spinph9 reserves the right to return deposits and suspend accounts where the source of funds cannot be verified as belonging to the account holder.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to spinph9's payment policies. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. spinph9 targets a processing time of 5–15 minutes for GCash and Maya withdrawals; bank transfers are processed within one (1) business day. These timeframes are targets only and are not guaranteed.
spinph9 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests. Withdrawals may be delayed pending the completion of KYC verification, anti-money laundering checks, or where spinph9 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity.
All transactions on the spinph9 Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Where currency conversion is required, spinph9 applies the exchange rate prevailing at the time of the transaction, which may include a conversion margin.
spinph9 offers bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time the bonus is offered, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless otherwise stated:

Where an account is closed due to a breach, spinph9 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where closure is for legitimate non-breach reasons (e.g., voluntary closure or self-exclusion), your eligible balance will be returned to your registered payment method after deducting any amounts owed to spinph9.
You may close your account at any time by contacting spinph9 live chat support. Closing your account does not affect any accrued rights or liabilities arising prior to closure.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, spinph9's total liability to you for any claims arising out of or related to your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
spinph9 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses, regardless of whether spinph9 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
spinph9 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform and is not liable for losses arising from scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, network failures, force majeure events, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
If you have a complaint or dispute regarding your spinph9 account, you must first contact our Customer Support team via 24/7 live chat. Our support team will acknowledge your complaint within one (1) business day and aim to resolve it within five (5) business days.
If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through the standard support process, you may escalate the matter by submitting a formal written complaint to spinph9 via the contact email published on the Platform. spinph9 will provide a written response to formal complaints within fourteen (14) calendar days.
All disputes relating to individual game outcomes must be raised within thirty (30) days of the relevant event. spinph9 reserves the right to decline disputes raised outside this window.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts in connection with any such dispute or claim.
spinph9 operates under PAGCOR guidelines for the Philippine online gaming market. Nothing in these Terms shall be construed to limit the application of applicable Philippine law, including the provisions of the Civil Code of the Philippines, the Electronic Commerce Act, the Data Privacy Act of 2012, and relevant PAGCOR regulations.
